Your Rights

• To receive unit certificates or statements of account confirming your title within the prescribed time.
• To receive dividends / IDCW and redemption proceeds within the timelines prescribed by SEBI.
• To receive the Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) for every month in which a transaction takes
place.
• To be informed of the risk level of every scheme through its Riskometer before investing.
• To invest in Direct Plans of mutual fund schemes directly with the AMC, where no distributor
commission is payable.
• To know the trail commission earned by the Distributor, AMC-wise, as disclosed on this website and
at our office.
• To register a nomination, or opt out of nomination, in every folio.
• To approach our Grievance Redressal Officer, the AMC / RTA, SEBI SCORES and SMART ODR for
redressal of grievances.

Your Obligations
• Complete your KYC and keep your PAN, mobile number, email, bank details and address updated in
every folio.
• Provide accurate FATCA / CRS self-certification and Ultimate Beneficial Owner details, and update
them on change.
• Read the Scheme Information Document, Key Information Memorandum and Riskometer before
investing.
• Invest only from your own bank account and never hand over cash or signed blank forms to anyone.
• Keep your OTPs, passwords and login credentials confidential; we never ask for them.
• Review the CAS and report any discrepancy to us and the RTA without delay.
